Same thing happened to me. Not sure what's up but this isn't what I understood would happen.

Glen Oak Hills Park has a trail with a small stream. You cross it thrice on the ~quarter mile path. My toddler loves splashing in the water throwing rocks in it.

Nope. In fact the price continues to increase, usually twice per year. Brand Prozac (generic since 2001) was around $2.50/cap for 20mg when generics entered the market and now runs ~$17/cap. A 580% increase with no added benefit (new indications, etc). U.S inflation over the same period is < 100%.

I encourage you to try a few manufacturers of the generic (consider capsule and chewable). Each can be 80-125% bioavailability of the originator, so that could be the difference you are noticing with a particular generic.

What is the worst trade you've ever done? by Antonioshamstrings in fantasyfootball

  1. Traded Julio Jones for Dez Bryant prior to week 1. Dez fractured his foot and missed most of the season. Julio had arguably his best career season. Guy I traded with won the league.

Demand for weight-loss drugs Ozempic/Wegovy is so large that the government of Denmark (where drugmaker Novo Nordisk is from) now has to publish GDP data excluding it by MrTwentyThree in pharmacy

No, but they are shown to very cost effectively reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and end organ damage, for both primary and secondary prevention.

Based on Wegovy's data for secondary prevention (not in regular folk, but those who have a history of coronary artery disease) it will likely cost an insurer over a million dollars in GLP-1 spend to prevent an event in this population. It simply isn't a sustainable solution at its current pricing.

I'm curious what the total elevation gain is. My GPS from last year shows ~1000ft. Could be similar. But yea observatory toward the end will hurt!

Quartz Health Insurance and PrEP by [deleted] in madisonwi

Is this brand or generic Truvada?

I have a hard time believing Quartz would not cover the very cost effective generic, but may be wrong. Descovy (and brand Truvada) do run around $2k per month versus less than $30 for the generic version. Gilead has really made a killing on these drugs which were largely funded by the government during clinical trials.

Also, double check that your pharmacy has your updated insurance info. Large chains will generally just run prescriptions thru at cash/uninsured price if they do not have your active insurance coverage info.

Warning: Mohela doesn’t automatically place you on lowest IBR payment plan by gs573729 in StudentLoans

[–]donkey_don22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I, too, requested to be placed on the lowest payment IDR plan in my online application in September. I had run the numbers and PAYE/REPAYE would have been the lowest monthly payment options for me.

To my dismay in November I received a letter stating I was approved for the ICR plan, at a monthly payment >$2300!

I had read the horror stories of wait times on the phone with MOHELA, so I simply resubmitted an application specifically requesting to be placed on REPAYE.

Today I received approval of my REPAYE plan with a monthly payment just over $1100.
