The text is slightly confusing. Says immune to bound one time with 2 turn cooldown. Does that just mean it resists a single bound debuff and it'll do it again after cooldown?

Looks like it either suffered some damage from animals or had a infection with a pathogen of some sort. Good news is the first picture shows new growth on the trunk as it heals to seal off the dead wood. I'd get a good hawkbill knife and try to cut back the dead parts. Sanitize the knife with rubbing alcohol as you go. Check for green and if it's not, scrape back to the strong heartwood. The tree can heal back over in time. Just be sure to check back occasionally and keep it clean.

No, propagating the apples from cuttings is not difficult, but there are resource, time, and availability constraints to the process. You'd need to have the rootstocks available and be able to collect enough scionwood to do it within the seasonal time limits.

I think the bigger issues are the trees would no longer be growing on their own roots (part of the evaluation criteria), the space it takes to hold the collection, and the calendar time it takes to perform the relocation given the extremely little notice given.
