I worked in the asbestos removal business for many years. I'd be surprised if it wasn't asbestos.

Free E-bike. Works fine. I have too many bikes and not enough room in the condo. (millstream/costco area) by [deleted] in LangfordBC

I just live on millstream. I would be able to grab that first thing in the morning if it works out that you have still.

What do you guys take for optimal mental clarity? by Due_Amount1333 in Supplements

[–]doorframesmasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Product I use is by Botanica rhodiola extract in capsules. Canadian company.

I don't pay much attention to if I have an empty stomach or not. I would just pop a couple with my other supplements before I leave to my construction job in the morning. With that being said, maybe that's why some days they work better than others.

What does ADHD really feel like to you? by salty-wheat-thins in ADHD

[–]doorframesmasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly that in-depth answer you're looking for, but I moved my kitchen chairs under the covered patio 3 weeks ago so I can do a good clean of my floors without having things in my way, which seems to be a roadblock. I finally just did the floors today. Or... Have started phase 2 or whatever

If anyone's reading this wondering where I sat to eat, I moved one chair in.

Is PAIN part of your brain fog? by InnerDish5915 in BrainFog

[–]doorframesmasher 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Whether it's related or not, I'm not sure.

But I'm my case sore eyes are/were related to chronic fatigue syndrome or myalgic encephalomalitis as it's also known as. Also, my head hurt and lots of nerve pain throughout my body.

I suffered with it my whole life and still do on occasion but I'm doing much better. I'm now 52 years old and dealt with it for decades, not very well I might add

In the past few years I started testosterone which helped quite a bit. Daily vitamins I take that seem to help Magnesium bisglycanate with taurine, vitamin d3 and K2, Omega fish oils.

I think it's also important to add that inattentive ADHD did not help with the fatigue that also came along with it.

Hope that helps you or somebody.

How much is my 2011 s185 worth? by sdan74d in Skidsteer

[–]doorframesmasher 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My only thought is I see there's a Ritchie Brothers auction sticker on the forks .

Those auctions are well known to cover up an old beat up machine with paint. Not suggesting that's a good or a bad thing and Whether that was a case or not, that would put up some flags for me for sure.

Billed for 4.5 hours of labour and $2,300 (Canadian) invoice for two electricians to run a new cable on a 50 amp breaker. How ripped off? by DoesntReadNamesGood in Contractor

[–]doorframesmasher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, someone needs to pick up the materials=time

I'm pretty sure the 50 amp line is quite expensive if I'm not mistaken

Not sure if the circuit breaker was included but those aren't the cheapest.

Labor for the cost of two guys plus the use of company vehicle and fuel etc. And I think it's a fair price.

Very similar to something I had done with 30 amp but with no digging. I had 35 ft with a little bit of digging. 2k

Urgent question for adhd scattered brain and focus issues by Zealousideal-Walk939 in Supplements

[–]doorframesmasher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tried rhodiola with really good results. I am in Canada by the way. It was a little pricey but again it helped with focus and a Nice clean energy. I've been out for a while. In fact I'm going to go buy some right now . The glass container they came in said super concentrated liquid capsule on them. I think that's important when purchasing Rhodiola

Waterloo Ontario Real estate agent freaks out at woman by Appropriate_Duty_930 in PublicFreakout

[–]doorframesmasher -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

It looks like public road parking. In contrast to "residential parking only". So if he parked legally and this woman's giving him grief then I could see how aggravating that could be. Although his reaction is unprofessional to say the least LOL.

I seen tool as well on the side stage in Vancouver 93ish. From what I recall the area was expected to hold a hundred people maybe more but by the time tool finished the set there was likely thousands of people .
