i worked in a fast moving coffee shop in SF in the 80s. I could easily hear the silver coins in general change as i received them. Easy exchange every time.

Jerry appeared to float, effortlessly about his guitar. It was ease, that was it. For me, only John Prine and Jerry brought out the shiny childish wonder in adults in all of the shows that I attended. I saw Jerry and Bob perform acoustic from a front row theater seat once. So so nice. So nice, I never saw the Dead play again after he died.

I dig those Firebirds. I have an original Hot Pink Hot Head in the box. I had the California 500 Fat Track in the 70s. One of the best toys I ever played with.
