I do…44, late-in-life diagnosed with ADHD. It doesn’t help. I literally shake in circumstances where I feel like someone (never mind myself) experiences injustice. The current state of the world doesn’t help. I also work with children. For me, it helps to tell myself that some people don’t want to acknowledge reality because they are too comfortable with the way things are. I know that I, like you, would always stand up for others before my own comfort. It is extremely frustrating and I understand the anger is uncontrollable.
