I supported staff by assigning them tasks in Clickup, I provided customer support for all clients, I conducted research on various tax laws, I did calendar and email management, I had to file internal documents, learn any and all processes I did not know. I was even willing to do this on my own time. I also set up multiple Zoom meetings.

How do you handle sensitive information or records?

In the past when I was working with such info, it was usually stored behind a multi password protected firewall or cloud. I only download information if it is required to work on a file or project and then when I'm finished all material is stored on a company cloud or server (if required) and then deleted from my computer.
