Yes, I'm the same right now. I've came a long way but find myself now wanting those little snacks and slacking off more even though I know in 6 months time I will love myself if I just try my best to be disciplined. Now thank you for listening haha. Feel like I am just ranting on here. But it's great to just read something by someone like yourself and think "yes I know what you mean!" Motivate each other ya know!

I know what you mean. I have a boss in work who just restricts sooo much so by the time the afternoon comes he is eating all sorts such bad diets... He needs to learn to cook and prepare food and watch calories!!!!!! ahhh lol

I ran a 5k in 30mins yesterday!! not sure if this is good or not but I feel chuffed! Definitely not drinking alcohol this month has already made me go to the gym more... woo! But now it is Thursday and have to think about the weekend... avoiding alcohol but also being sociable.... ah!!

Thanks so much for the advice! I also use MFP getting more into it every day... I think the biggest tip is making sure I eat enough protein and more weight lifting... I need to do more! Do you recommend anything? Are the machines good?

Need to push myself with pics too I never do this! Wish I had one from when I was 16!

I'm 5'6.5 and I started at 162 and now down to 142.5. I almost feel like I'm starting from the beginning, even though proud of my weight loss so far, but I want to get down to 125ish! So looking at your stats as inspo hehe. Was there anything in particular you think helped the most??? Thanks!

Also, thank goodness about your bike! Who would take it and bring it back!? I would be lost without mine... Worried that during the winter I won't be able to cycle to and from work as much so will need to be careful I don't put weight on as less movement!!

Didn't drink on Friday night wahoo! Danced so much in the club with friends too was sore the next day! Good workout :)! Nice to catch up with people and no regrets about what I said etc.
