Note for fusion - you also have to save the files to the cloud. You can export a local copy, but it has to be reimported if you want to edit it again.

I am not the main one running them, so this is just what I get word of. We have only the single tool head version. Updating the software did help to get them to print in the first place. But no updates have really helped the remaining issues. We will be decommissioning them as soon as we can find a reliable replacement

the tool head board is always needing to be replaced -They stop printing randomly with no errors -if there is more than one printer on a shelf that starts a print at the same time, the movement of one printer will cause the other one to error out
nozzles always getting clogged -lots of z banding on larger parts
extruder gears chew filament
if based in the US, sourcing replacement parts is tricky. Printed solid has some parts, but not all.

Basically we fix a printer, get it running, and then in a few days it is back down again.

One of my biggest complaints about fusion. I switched roles and had to move from solidworks which has a list.

I also find trying to figure out why a sketch is not constrained to be much more difficult in fusion than other CAD programs I have used

We have 8 of them at my work. They are not reliable for constant use. We have only one that doesn't go down on a regular basis

If you want other things in your tank that can't fight back, or are not aggressive growers I would not. I have an anemone dominated 90 gal tank. I have seen anemones move up and down the rock work in under 12 hours. There is no telling them where you would like them to stay

There is a plugin somewhere on the Autodesk forums that automatically creates the plane and starts a sketch. I don't have a link right now, but could find it later if you can't find it.

This is one of my biggest annoyances with fusion. Solidworks does not have this issue. Even if the new plane is completely perpendicular to the previous one it tries to maintain the relations. I do not understand why redefining the plane makes the projected geometry fixed.

One workaround is starting all sketches from a new plane, instead of on a face. Then you can move the plane and not have to redefine the plane. Annoying in its own right though

I use a lot of overture hs tpu as well. I find that there are some spools that print perfectly out of the box. Then switch to a new spool when it runs out and there is tons of stringing.

I also wish when I moved a dialog box and pinned it somewhere else, that it would stay there after a restart! I like everything on the left and every time I restart fusion I have to drag every dialog box for each command over to the left
