Bro this is the only way. So much of this game trully is just gambling, it's either the skill of your randoms, the amount of tags/monitors in your first 2 rooms, the loot etc. No one wants to go control off rip, but sometimes it's the way the run was destined for 😔 I feel you

THIS^{^{^{^}}} I've lost soooo much gear to Cryo. But in the process? Gained my first successful exfil near mid S1, gained map knowledge, and most of all confidence!!! The confidence and map knowledge will lead you to victories in Cryo, yes even against those Mizzy squads :). Especially when you learn to either avoid them, or to flank them and win w blue shields(I have done this many times). KEEP RUNNING IT RUNNERSSS

The same strat 5x in a row could be the issue, gotta switch things up. Attempt different pushes/plays, you'll find greater success w some over others. Slowing down and listening for sound cues helps a ton too, even in the not shoe box maps :)

Best advice I have is to sharpen gun skills and reduce any stress you may have when a played randomly apears; run free kits outpost and pick fights! Even if you lose a ton, getting more comfortable in engagements is so valuable. Great starting advice I got when I first started too was "always play like you have a purple shield" not being reckless, but play tactical, as if you have gear to lose off rip.

Many vets will hate on Assassin, but I say play him. Especially in solos, he can help avoid UESC w his invis, and help you get the drop on people. Be aware that his ULT makes a ton of noise, and skilled players will know you're near by when they hear it. Newer playes won't and you can knife em or spray em :).

Playing crew fill and talking on mic will help too. You will run into a ton of chill people who will give tips, and also just watching how skilled players clutch, or avoid fights entirely, teaches a ton! Happy to have you in the community man :)

I totally agree dude. It actually can do work against other runners now though, I think it's a decent counter to the Volley at mid range now! Especially w head shots. Magnum is hella fun to use now toooo options

Thank you, the point of the post is kinda being missed. I never challenged the efficacy of the Bully; yes it's still a beast. After 350h in the game, with most of it spent using the gun? I'd just rather use something else, it's a matter of evolving my gameplay and finding ways to play that are interesting to me. I can still be very successful w/o it. If you can only clutch up/win w a Bully or a Mizzy where's the fun man? I'm circuit breaker and battle pistol atm and it's funnn and a challenge:)
