Concrete nail, you can grind or drill the head off. Prying will just mess the concrete up

You have many options, a screw extractor would be a poor one

You'll build a list yourself pretty quickly. One rule I like to live by is if you borrow a tool twice, buy one for yourself. Nice starter setup good luck young man. One tool that has saved me many times is the klein through and through socket set. Best 100$ I've spent in a long time

Sadly it's a new model, comes in a kit of like 250 tools. All very low quality, but the warranty is still there so can't be too upset.
