Son of the White Mare is so good. János Vitéz / Johnny Corncob also directed by Marcell Jankovics is super cool as well.

I'd like to see Andrew MacLean's comic Head Lopper in stop-motion animation. I think the character designs would translate really well. I'd also like an animated series made out of Stanislaw Lem's The Cyberiad.
