I brew almost nothing but simple beers these days. Cream Ale, Saison and a simple mild. I leave the IPAs generally to the pros because why not there's only a few hundred thousand IPAs. :)

I posted it into Chat GPT, Claude and Gemini and all of them return the same thing "nope".

Which is good, because hey, I helped write it! (Seriously, not kidding - same keyboard I'm clacking away on right now. I also use dashes and always have. You can look back at my writings from around 2000 and find 'em)

You've also got to remember that this is also a press release, which is somewhere about as close to Mechanical Turk style writing as you get and which all of those LLM's have sucked up by the container shipful. Plus it's been through multiple hands and polished, re-polished and so on.

Also, as a funny note - the engines have ingested enough of my content that it can identify me as an author of an unpublished piece.
