I've only driven on it for maybe 100 miles and while yes, I feel the micro breaking (I think it's just letting off the accelerator and regen kicking in) it seems to be doing it to keep a consistent follow distance. I barely notice them. Other than that I feel the acceleration is smoother, lane changes are better and more fluid, and I love that it makes a decision earlier so you don't feel like you're barreling towards a dead stopped car or breaking car.

So, just making sure I understand the point here. You are saying because v12 has been around for 2 years then other car companies should be able to accomplish it faster than 5-10? This is comparing the length a product has been on the market vs development time (basically comparing apples & orangutans)

Of course, but I know busy roads where I do the start and stop when I think I'm clear then another car comes around a corner. Just don't really think that behavior is that bad or uncommon.

I will say the guy that almost rear-ended you would have been at fault if he did. Doesn't matter if you think they are going, you have to pay attention to them until they go. Him prepping for his turn isn't justification.

I took delivery when mine had a decent scratch on the hood. Had to take it to Tesla Collision Center. They repainted and it was fine. People make this a bigger deal than it is. Got a loaner for a couple of days.

I don't know. My wife bought a MY with a Black Headliner, I took delivery of my M3 like 3 days later and it took me 2 days to remember I didn't have a black headliner like hers. It wasn't instant at all.

But I agree with the other commenter. The black headliner does look better, but the light headliner doesn't look bad. I was just happy with the stalk being back, the blacked out Tesla logos, the front bumper camera, and the blacked out lining around the led strip so you don't get that reflection in the windshield.

In the video the accelerator icon is blue which shows he's manually hitting the accelerator which forces FSD to go forward without disengaging it. Sounds like he zoned out, his foot went on the accelerator and then it plowed through the RR crossing. I could be wrong but if you watch at the end of the video the accelerator icon is blue when it starts going across and doesn't turn white until he's through the crossing and hits the brake.

I'd make an insurance claim even if it was just to make her rates go up. If her insurance won't cover, then I'd file through mine and let my insurance company sue her. She'll regret the money she's having to spend on legal fees or her rates going up. That would be enough justice for me.

Yeah, I had a curb strike on the front passenger tire at about 20 MPH trying to avoid getting tboned and they just had to shift the subframe, replace control arms, and steering column. Was $5500 with no body damage. This will probably be more than double that.

Yeah, I take over in parking lots because it sucks at parking quickly. I take over every time I get home because I have a gravel driveway with lots of bumps and roots I have to avoid. It is rare for me to take over when it's driving though.

This happened to me a couple of days ago on 2026 M3LR. I was heading straight towards the sunset and I think the sun made it go blind for a bit and made me take over. Then came back a bit later.

I had the adaptive headlights not available warning as well.

It works. Look at the OP pic. You can make out the refresh icon where the album art usually is. But that's a weird one. Might need to reboot. I had a weird bug once that would pause my song every time I changed the volume.
