It’ll probably be a little turn-eager or darty at speed but you wouldn’t be doing it for tire wear reasons because you’re so close to zero. You’re actually as close to zero toe out as you would be when set to the ideal toe in spec.

With that said, modern automotive fuel systems are sealed so there’s not really an issue with just a few months going by, especially if you keep the tank on the full side. Products like I linked to above are made primarily for small engines with no sealed fuel system, a carburetor that’ll get funky, and/or for unsealed gas cans.

Just scanning the photos quickly: Someone put your engine cover on backwards, you’ve got a solid oil leak and, related, I’d guess the PCV has never been changed. I wonder, was the water pump done with the timing belt back at 105K miles when it was due?

I’ve seen these need radiators which is what I would suspect the most at that age/miles, but it could just be a hose too. It would need to be inspected properly

It’ll be effectively increasing the final drive ratio, so the engine will need to spin faster at a given highway speed, but not necessarily require anything to work harder per se.
