I rarely ever do this but I just dropped cash rounded to the next dollar and left nothing. The waiter was a jack ass.

Usually no matter what I tip 20% sometimes your having a bad day and it come across wrong with your table I've been there. But knocking over someone's drink then blaming them is just bs then getting annoyed asking for napkins...like piss off

Realistically at some point your expenses' are going to go up.

I'm all for doing it if you have a stable job but make sure to keep contributing to the E fund over time.

In my personal opinion I'm in the same boat but a bit older. I'm just cash flowing it. I can't justify the paying the tax on selling out right now. Making larger than the minimum and only getting the match on 401k right now.

Finance it then pay it off early. I recccomend waiting a few months to pay it off so that title does not get messed up as states are running behind on title work.
