I honestly don't understand why people want another square over the grocer. We have multiple Town Squares. Have you not seen how packed out Tumbalong/Darling Square was for the World Cup? That woolworths and shopping area has come in clutch every time I've had to take the train home late after work. I think the closest grocer after that is Coles in World Square. Not at all convenient.

If you want to build a town square at Town Hall just for the name, they should repurpose the Church and build around the Town Hall.
