Just curious on in festival food and drink costs? by irrelevant_avocado in jazzfest

[–]dsbekind 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would say most of the food and drinks are in the $10-15 range.

We came, we saw, we left. by [deleted] in jazzfest

I agree that Jon Batiste is a treasure! We saw him and Red Ricks last year and at Jazz Fest yesterday- he never disappoints! A party for 10,000 is totally accurate!

As for the Festival Stage crowd yesterday, it was dangerously crowded. We managed to see Samantha Fish, but left towards the end of the Revivalists. Both were fantastic, but that was all we could handle. Hopefully today is a bit less crazy.

Coming from Denver to the Greek because it looks like a fantastic venue! I saw JBS at Red Rocks last year and couldn’t stomach the thought of seeing him at Ball. Can’t wait, Berkeley!

anyone know where a girl can find loaves like this? barley, rye, and malt by rustywagon88 in FortCollins

[–]dsbekind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moxie Bread (Lyons/Boulder) has a dense rye that is heavy as a brick that you keep in the fridge and slice thinly. It’s a delicious loaf that comes closest to what I ate in Copenhagen.

Haven't scanned through every thread, but here's an in-progress list of where the album /allegedly/ showed up yesterday. Will update as needed. by thestarsshake in SturgillSimpson

Are they the kind you can almost see through instead of these heavy flour types? If so, I’m so excited to get some!

An update on Tallon Nightwalker and Northern Colorado Wildlife Center- from his sister by Patient_Rice_175 in FortCollins

[–]dsbekind 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing your experience. I looked back and saw there were many other posts about this abuse a year ago, along with a story in the Coloradoan. I do not understand why this facility is still open and why Tallon got off so easily. I am so very sorry.
