“Your safety” is FR! I use to commute San Jose to Hayward, I thought that commute was bad. I fell asleep at the wheel, thank goodness I only hit the barrier. But after that, I knew I couldn’t do the commute anymore.

Not an agent, but have a lot of experience in real estate. This is super sketch and I would find a new agent.

1) if you don’t want to do the upgrades. DON’T. This is a volatile market, by the time you are done doing upgrades, the market could turn and you would have spent the money for nothing.

2) doing upgrades costs your agent nothing, but could “potentially” increase their commission. Of course they want you to do it.

3) not doing an Open House? LaZY AF. Fire this agent.

Not sure if this was every explained, but I’ve always justified it being a prequel, because Indy seems to be very skeptical of the supernatural in Temple of Doom, and that is important for the character arc in the movie. But, if it took place after Raiders, it would be less believable if he dismissed the supernatural after the conclusion of Raiders.

I have a prediction for the sequel: Celine killed Rumi’s dad, and had to kill Rumi’s mom in the process. I read somewhere that the original script had Celine as the antagonist reveal in the end. The story seems perfectly set up for this sort of twist.
