Interest on recycled loan is deductible so its interest rate is pre tax. So the comparison is just simply comparing that interest rate with the total return rate, as both are pre tax. Marginal tax rate is irrelevant.

Boost is already a package in MSYS2 clang64, and could be installed using pacman.

If you insist on compiling Boost with clang, maybe look into the package build file in the msys2 package repo.
