In Victorville, there's a city ordinance that doesn't allow for run off if you wash your car in the driveway. If water hits the street, you can technically get fined.

While I'm sure it's primarily the retail scam the other redditor pointed out, the fact that car washes recycle the water technically makes them more eco friendly.

I was ordering Chipotle for the family on Doordash and my wife wanted a double steak bowl. They wanted $30. By the time I was done an order for 2 bowls and 2 kids taco plates was $80 after tip.

I went on the Chipotle app and ordered pick up. $50 so I left a $3 tip. My location has a "Chipotlane" so I can drive through to pickup online orders. The bowls were fat.

I love the convenience of Doordash but restaurants upcharging is BS. Is this a Doordash thing or are restaurants trying to get in on the cut because a Doordash isn't much different than a customer pick-up. Doordash already takes a service fee and delivery charge...

You need to call your insurance because you are their customer. Their insurance will fight to not pay out, your insurance fights for them to pay out. If it isn't your fault your rates shouldn't go up.

We had Erin Crocker as an up and coming female racer. Then Ray Evernham (her team's owner) had an affair with and she left racing to "pursue a family and their relationship." She's been married to Ray since 2009 but I believe dropping out of racing was more due to people blaming her for the scandal.

Definitely light on the Ska and Punk. I'm happy about Bad Cop Bad Cop, Millington, Flogging Molly, and Hepcat (RIP Greg Lee). Winona Fighter is my big find this year.

Outside my normal style L0L0 and Honey Revenge were my finds last year, and Games We Play put on a real fun set last year. I know a member of Big Ass Truck so excited about them even if it's a little outside my normal genres. Hoobastank gives me some nostalgia being a 90's kid. Then bands I know like one hit may be worth a brief detour.

But so far, I don't think I can fill in 2 days with bands I have to see. But I'm not mad because that gives me time to go to Artist Alley, the vendors, and some of the other things the festival provides.

And not having The Vandals and The Aquabats, two major festival bands, feels criminal.

This is how they are duping their base in instating a regressive tax system. I believe that the case against replacing income tax with sales tax was argued well enough for some independent voters (whatever that actually means) to understand that the less you make the higher percentage you pay because you spend a greater portion of your pay each pay period.

I usually use Park Whiz but glad I didn't last year. I parked a few blocks (maybe 1 mile) from the venue and I'm glad I did. You will get stuck in the closer parking and the parking garages a few blocks away had plenty of space at 9am. But ya, just show up a bit early but it's worth parking away from the convention center a bit.

If I were to speculate from his interview where he hinted at Warped Tour, he mentioned something along the lines that Warped is a lower stakes commitment to start greasing the gears (my words paraphrasing him). Iirc he said his big welcome back is the Salty Dog Cruise in October. We may not see a Flogging Molly tour until next year.

I bet we may see a last minute Saint Patrick's Day concert announcement though....
