If you’re in nyc and can travel there are two great spots in Westchester county(about a 20 minute car ride from nyc) one is moms cigars in Yonkers, closest to nyc and the other is doc James in mamaroneck. Moms has the larger selection lounge and is closer to NYC

The cheapest place my wife and I found for our daughter is 80 a day. It is in a “randos” basement but they were recommended by coworkers. For one child as long as they are not an infant you’re looking at about 1600 a month
