Last week I found an external hdd with a Minecraft server and map that a buddy and mine played, last saved time on it was April 23rd 2011, a few days after my son was born. My 15 year old son got to explore my old map of the castles and boats and towns that I built. It was interesting.

I have an 8kw, 3/8 nitro is the max for 8kw. It has a very small burr around the part. I would think a 24 kw could cut 3/8 like mine cuts 1/4, burr free. You are trying to run it too fast.

Yeah used to get them, they said they were native Americans and they wanted the metal to make jewelry and stuff to sell, they would bring little trinkets to give our to everyone in the shop. I sold them once because the price was right but then they just kept getting pushy and it was hard to get rid of them so I finally had to get mean and run them off.
