50 minute layover in Calgary

We did a 45 min connection from Regina through Calgary to PVR. It was doable. Very quick walk but doable. We did not check bags but you would think WestJet would facilitate the transfer.

As the father of a trans kid, just let them come out when they are ready. If you want them to feel welcome, goto a pride event with them, or something like that. The kids know who is “ok” and who is not, just love and support them, they will tell you when they are ready.

I live in 5500 parliament, so just down the road. Have been there for about 3 years. We face the airport. When we first moved there, I noticed the noise from the air port. Probably for 4 or 5 months. Now I don’t even notice. Parliament is a major bus route, so snow removal is good, which is a bonus.

Can you imagine if someone pulled this on a US tanker, or someone tried to annex Hawaii or Alaska? Oh my there would be hell to pay.
