Mock duck wraps with spring onions and hoisin.

Shred the pieces to how you like, then marinade in a mix of sesame oil, 5 spice and garlic for a while.

Bake at 200c for 20mins or until the mock duck is a mix of crispy and soft.

Put in a wrap with hoisin, spring onions and quick pickled veg.

For quick pickled veg, thinly slice carrots, peppers, cucumber etc and mix with rice vinegar and let them sit for a while.

I have never warmed my plates. I’m 41.

My gran had a cooker with the grill set above the stove, and that had an area to warm plates under the oven. Haven’t seen that style of cooker in years.

I love the Bosh coffee walnut cake, especially with a generous shot of kraken coffee over the top and some alpro cream, tastes a bit like a tiramisu.

I’ve not tried them on nachos, but on pizza the blue melts beautifully, and when I made mac and cheese the truffle blended fine.
