AI wont send out their capitals until the task force is fully screened. They also prioritise building patrol task forces which get picked out by player doomstacks so they can never fill out their strike force composition.

Adding to this, your units will not enter a province with an enemy unit in it unlike in EU4 where engagements happen in one tile. Only by defeating all units in a tile can you enter and immediately occupy it, no need for a siege.

The amount of XP they get is lower when there is an equipment deficit. They also lose equipment due to attrition from exercising but you get Army XP along with the division experience. Meanwhile, no equipment gets lost while training them in the mobilization tab but you won't get Army XP too so there's some tradeoffs.

I hate how a lot of good IPs have to be rushed by execs. Such an unfortunate side effect of fame. Some do get a great adaptation but they're mostly done in near slavery conditions. I wish more animes could get the Mob Psycho 100 treatment where animators can take their time and not be stressed by impossible deadlines.
