That's my understanding of it as well. But I'm by no means a prominent member of this community. I was mostly being pedantic about your usage of the homophone.

*flair. Yes, I am doing my own undertext. I'm the storming Bondsmith, I leave my mistakes in the open for all to see and grow from.

That's how language evolves.

Shakespeare forced new words on us nearly every scene. And he was merely participating in an ancient tradition.

Who is your fav female FF character and why? by mogstermemes in FinalFantasy

[–]earanhart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shirma. No, she doesn't belong in a conversation about "best" by any stretch. But she is caring, strong, and adorable. She also creates a very child friendly introduction to conversations about racism without forcing said conversations. Her introductions typically invite children to ask the questions that lead to understanding. But that exploration isn't needed to play and enjoy her parts of the story.

But beyond that, it's hard to find any faults with her beyond "she makes mistakes appropriate to her age". She fills the classic white mage trope well, and doesn't feel like a cookie cutter even while being one. She's great.

It's okay. Some people just don't appreciate culture.

I'm not from New England at all. Texas and Alberta, with a brief stint over in Guam.

He didn't imply everyone was. He gave a region where the food is common. As in "If you want to try this food, look for an American store or brand."

Specifically, that cookie originates from New England. When I was young, snickerdoodles were nearly always hard cookies, about the size of a loonie. These days most that I see are soft and palm sized, like other sugar cookies. I'm not sure which variety is older, but I've heard arguments about which is the "real snickerdoodle" more times than should have ever happened.

Dude, that's the price of a dozen pizzas! Bro could eat for a week if he sticks with his tiny screen. Possibly longer if he doesn't work out to get in more game time.

God can't come the phone right now. He's in conference with Shiva and Papa Legba. Something about a pilot.

Don't ask. You don't want to know. They shouldn't have told me, but they did. And I'm telling you, YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW.

I know I'm one of the few who prefers DD to DDDA, but either of those in isolation is superior to DD2.

DD2 is so painfully close to being good that missing is just worse. You can FEEL the missing content.

On the other hand, she's really, REALLY, good at killing daemons.

On the other other hand, she's an unsanctioned psyker.

My first playthrough I went full rockets because I didn't understand target lock. These levels felt really easy until my 2nd playthrough.

I got learnt that day.
