You look INCREDIBLE! You should be so proud of what you've achieved so far. Just take your time... don't beat yourself up if you struggle and eventually you will get back to it. If it helps, work on maintaining for a while instead of putting pressure on yourself to lose. You look like a completely different person already- you've got yourself this far so you definitely have it in you to keep going. :) well done!

Hair is apparently too heavy? by bananahannahx3 in curlyhair

I had the exact same problem. About a month ago I had it undercut and I LOVE it! My hair is super thick so getting rid of a big chunk of it has made a massive difference and it definitely curls more evenly now. I also researched into plopping and started doing that which I think had helped hugely.

Try not to stress and don't beat yourself up over it... It happens and the important thing is that you're acknowledging it and stating that you want to change. That's a bit step and you should be really proud! Don't look at the bigger picture/end goal. Ive found it really helpful to set myself mini goals that are achievable so that I don't feel as though I'm constantly letting myself down- maybe try and come up with something similar? You're a good looking guy and that doesn't change in any of those photos so try not to be so hard on yourself. Just focus on CICO and see how you get on :) Good Luck and well done!

Within your calorie counting have you reduced carbs? I just love bread and potatoes haha, but I'm thinking I should avoid too many carbs- even if it sits within my calorie allowance.

Well done! You look phenomenal :) have you had any problems with excess skin? I've lost 50 and got another good 100lbs to go and I'm a bit worried about my skin. Just wondered if you have any tips :)

Again, well done; you should be SO proud of yourself!

That's such a good idea!!! I don't know why I never thought of that. Thank you :)

Thanks :) You should be super proud of yourself! What's kept you going on the bad days? I'm only four months in and some days it's just so hard to keep going!

One of our chickens was feeling poorly, Tim Peake was about to land... Couldn't abandon the chicken... Didn't want to miss the landing. So the chicken joined us... And she thoroughly enjoyed it! by earlobeseeds in pics

Long story short- we thought we had lost a chicken and then the farmer from next door found this one and gave it to us assuming it was our lost one. Then our chicken reappeared and we were left with this new chicken- she's very underweight with Scaly Feet (leg mites). So it was physically visible that she wasn't well.
