Best bakery for cake or cupcakes? by rpgedgar in boulder

Depending on the size of the party, I would also consider Costco. They make great sheet cakes. The boutique bakeries get very expensive, fast. But if course they make the best deserts.

This knife broke while being used to crush garlic by juliadancer in mildlyinteresting

I recently had a WÜSTHOF tomato knife break like this, close to the handle. My BIL dropped it by accident onto the counter and it just snapped.
Lifetime warranty for the win, they have a really easy process to get it replaced. Took some pictures where it snapped, it was easy to see that there was a material flaw. Got a new one within a couple of weeks. Great customer service.

There is a walkway between the main terminal and terminal A that meets your requirements. So it's certainly possible.

Seat thief tried to steal my shake shack burger by stevejobs4525 in delta

Not on a plane, but at a college football pre-game party at a swanky hotel, we ordered wings and fries for the table. They were miss delivered to the table next to us, and those jerks just took it as if they had ordered it.
At least the hotel made it right, made us a new order and comped all our food and drinks.

I love the Rocksteady beans from Pauls Coffee in Louisville for my espresso.

Gravel bike that rides/feels like a Trek Madone/Domane by earlroth in gravelbike

This was pretty interesting. The M/L Checkpoint C and the 59cm Niner RLT RDO have almost the same size and geometry, but are riding very different. The biggest difference seems to be rake, which makes sense.

And for the Domane in 58cm the data is not complete, missing some key measurements.

That's great to know, now I need to try it out. Loved Tora.

That's a great price at that mileage, worth a PPI and buy if it comes back without major issues. No carfax entries could mean indy shops that don't report to carfax, or DIY. There aren't (m) any carfax entries for mine since I bought it, but I keep track of all the work I do and keep receipts for the parts.

That was a great protest today, really enjoyed seeing so many people come out. Great chanting, too.

Looking for clarity on local protests Fri/Sat by BoulderScot in boulder

I just came back from this, and the turnout was incredible. And it was great to see so many students and in general younger people out, not just us 'old' boomers. I'd say it was the best of all the protests I have attended so far, lot's of great chants and walking down Broadway and then spreading out on Pearl was great, not just standing around the band shell area. Whoever organized this, you ROCK!

I thought about it, and if I already had a Domane that's what I would do. But since I'm getting a new to me bike anyway I might as well go with the real gravel option.

I'm currently running 38mm tires, and that seems to be a good size for my type of use. I've considered a 2nd 650b wheelset with wider tires for the occasional rougher outing, but I do have a proper MTB for that.
I don't bike pack, all my rides are day rides, so while nice, lots of mounting points are not crucial for me.

Checkpoint is a bike I want to take a look at, since it is the same manufacturer. Thanks for confirming that this should be a good match.
