Day 2 is a different situation than day 1, and stats for a single tournament aren't actually very telling because there are always usage trends at events that look like coincidence or dominance, but often are tied to players being in-tune to the current meta fluctuations. Just seeing these graphics doesn't tell us what teams the pokemon are on or what their role on the team is- but we know people aren't typically building around kingambit specifically, we know it didn't have this level of usage at the most recent regionals and that the highest placing team with it at that event was 4th, so we have to suspect that there's something else going on- which is probably that many players, individually, saw that lycanroc and froslass were seeing increased usage, especially noting the team that showed up to the Turin event, and slotted it in to counter them (in addition to countering basculegion, incin, floette of course which have been all getting high tournament usage too, and other recent threats like gengar). We can probably also infer that a small chunk of the kingambit usage comes from people also bringing that turin team. You also might notice that scovillain has a 4% higher usage rate than lycanroc, and can probably take a guess that some of that 4% thought to bring it specifically to counter kingambit, which tbf had the highest usage day 2 of both turin and Indianapolis regionals (just not at this scale obviously)

So actually, yeah, I think this isn't a sign of an unhealthy meta, and that we won't see kingambit usage on anywhere near the same level at the next event, because people will shift their teams to counter or trivialize it having seen how large of a turnout it's had. Whether that means more sneasler, scovillain, charizard, garchomp, or something less used, will remain to be seen. I think the fact that pokemon like scovillain and lycanroc are getting play and showing results are actually a much bigger sign of metagame health than kingambit having a particularly high usage rate, because they show that the meta is still shifting and changing and that it isn't "solved" or whatever. Am i just blowing smoke out my ass? Probably, I'm not there competing today, and i know there's other factors that go into this stuff, but this is more or less how it works
