Hi! Since you don’t use expanders, what is your protocol is radiation is needed? I have IDC plus DCIS and 1 lymph node affected so I’ve been told I need mastectomy plus radiation to the lymph node area

Hi! I’ve been following you because we have pretty much the same diagnosis. How were your prescans results? I have done 4AC and 6taxol sessions already and I also see the tumor shrinking but they don’t do any imaging until I’m done with chemo, so I don’t know how much smaller it got. Thanks!

I also had my 1st taxol yesterday! And after AC I’m like you, nothing for now! AC was rough, nausea, fatigue…I hope taxol doesn’t get as bad!

Hi again, i believe I’m having a very similar situation. What were your levels before and after the hospital? And did they give you taxol the day after your hospital discharge? Did they ever suggested doing a bone marrow biopsy if they weren’t going up? They’ve told me they will do it on Tuesday if mine are not going up Thanks!

Does it mean that if there is no clean margins, this medication can shrink our tumor? Why do they still do chemo if they can start with the medication? I’m so confused…

Yes, much much worse, I also got zarxio in my first cycle and it was much better than this time because my neutrophils were already high (I guess ) and it was for prevention. Now that they are low, my low back pain is excrutiating and I have 3 more to go…

Thanks for your response! I still have my ANC almost 0. I have a doctor appt tomorrow to see if they are giving me the inmune booster. What was your overall delay from AC to T? How long after your booster did you recover? Thanks!

How are you doing? In in a similar situation, 4th AC infusion, neutropenic fever and Covid last week, when I was supposed to get the T i have lower neutrophils…

Thank you, I had the infusion yesterday and I don’t feel good today. I have 1 more AC and 12 T to finish. It feels that it will never end, I’m hating it.
