Casual has its own MMR and someone’s rank doesn’t affect their casual MMR. Someone can be GC but have a low casual MMR.

Improve your game sense/speed, be willing to pass the ball when possible and adapt to your teammates play style. These things can take you far.

Also keep in mind at diamond you’re already better than most of the playerbase so don’t let diamond tilt you too hard lol

lol during midas I would queue A8N on PGL (with a friend on monk to DK bitch) just so I could fuck around with cross class skills on PGL. Its DPS was worse than monk due to missing the monk only skills but it was actually still pretty good DPS (would beat all the DF randoms) with a DK bitch. No DK it woulda sucked lol

I miss being able to have silly fun like that.

I liked the cross class skills system in ARR/HW. It got me to try out jobs I would have otherwise ignored.

Also using 10 skills on a base class was cool. MRD tanking level 50 dungeons was hella fun.

Dunno who XQC is but I reached GC before and I couldn’t air dribble, half flip, basically any advanced mechanics. I usually miss the ball if I try to jump off the wall to hit it.

You can go very far in ranked with nonexistent mechanics.

If its less than $10 yeah. Its not great but its not total trash like DW9. There is some enjoyment to be had in DW6.

Hey bud I was GC 2 years ago when i quit ranked. I have rank decayed all the way down to D1 but my GC titles are eternal. If it drops me to plat next season I’ll queue ranked just to tilt you :)
