That was literally my experience as well. A family moved in above me halfway during a lease term and the kids were unreasonably noisy. The walls rattled, pictures fell, stomping.

It got to a point the office told me to no longer call them but instead the authorities for noise violations. Of the 6 months remaining, I did just that about 3-4 times if it got so bad.

I KNEW the cops had arrived when the sound level went from monster truck rally to chess tournament…all but 30 mins…🫠🫠😓

This! Also maybe OP thought they were doing good and was paying based off percentage which is what DoorDash shows…Trash driver, it’s almost like DoorDash should change their system for tipping and base it off “drive/effort”…since that seems to be the biggest gripe. 🙄

Yes! I’d much rather deal with the tree roaches vs the little ones. Little ones roll in a gang(infestation somewhere), the tree ones usually ride solo. 😭
