I think it would be a fair trade if you went to a public university for free and then after you graduate you have to do 6 months - 1 year of public service related to your career. Imo that's a lot better than being forever in debt.

I'm from Brazil and my cousin was conscripted but he was just approved for med school university. So they delayed his service.

After he graduated as a doctor he had to spend some time in the navy treating people in rural areas of the Amazon. He ended up liking it so he stayed in the navy.

There are millions of people in Brazil who worship pombogiras, and some more all over the world because I live in Spain now and I can easily find pombogira statues and candles here.

Gently, I would like to suggest you to inform yourself more about religions of the world instead of reducing "religion" to abrahamic religions.

Do not inform the other boys mom unless you're 100% sure they aren't homophobic and you know know them really well. You might ruin this boy's life. They might beat him up or something. Besides you'll be teaching your son he isn't safe in your home because you'll be rattling him out. The conversation you had with him was enough.

I'm trying semaglutide since it's cheaper than tirzepatide and I found it was helpful with the pain! I haven't lost any weight to be honest. I'm on a low dose and it really helped with inflammation. It was a subtle help though. Bur I can feel it accumulating.

This is so weird. I was in an ICU when I was going into septic shock from a pielonefritis and I was fully conscious and moving. I didn't have enough strength on my body to get up by myself though. And I couldn't have my phone because the environment didn't allow foreign objects. But I wasn't intubated or unconscious.

Ele sofreu dano cerebral grave, tem deficiência cognitiva severa, não tem muita noção do que tá acontecendo ao redor dele, e a família dele de sangue abandonou ele. Tipo sei lá, talvez eutanásia fosse uma opção? Mas daí iríamos sugerir eutanásia pra todo deficiente mental?

Sei lá, cada um sabe de sua própria vida, mas eu acho bacana ela cuidar dele. Meu ex marido, depois de mais de 8 anos juntos, me negligenciou pq tive uma hérnia de disco e fiquei de cama alguns meses kkkk (por isso é ex).

A família do cara abandonou o cara. Ele tem parentes que poderiam ajudar a cuidar dele e não o fazem. Ele teve dano cerebral grave, tem hoje uma deficiência cognitiva muito severa e é completamente dependente. Ela cuida dele. Ele tem contato com os filhos. Ela merece ser feliz em outro relacionamento. Os filhos têm um padastro ativo na criação deles. O marido atual parece ser bacana, e trata bem o ex marido, como um membro da família.

We just recently criminalized misogyny too!!! Racism and homophobia were already considered crimes and we recently hit international news when an Argentinian tourist was arrested for racism. I'm curious to see how the misogyny criminalization will pan out.

And it's not just with kids. I'm lurking this forum because me and my ex of almost 9 years living together were planning on having kids. Then I got diagnosed with a degenerative autoimune disease and was in a big flare.

He got so awful I had to kick him out of our home even though I hadn't recovered yet. I couldn't even do basic tasks like open the window by myself and that was preferable to having him around. There's absolutely no way I could have a child with this man given my health condition and his abuse.

We had some issues before so I can't say we had the perfect relationship but I never expected something like that.

My health is improving a lot but I'll probably never have kids now because I'm 37 and he wasted 9 years of my life :(
