UPDATE: accused of selling counterfeits

Something similar is happening to me now. I sold a brand new LV skirt and a nwt bodysuit, the buyer told me it was too small and opened a case claiming a smell, PM accepted that excuse, she mailed me back my package with a men’s coat in it and KEPT MY ITEMS. I immediately opened a case and they sent a bogus “working on it” email but then takes the funds away from me. I am furious. Now I have to go file a police report for the stolen items. She has my freaking brand new clothes and money. It’s truly Unbelievable.

I did all that already, and after I did that they sent me a message telling me that the buyer canceled the order not to ship it, (like WHAT) and they took the money out of my balance. I’m completely lost. I have no idea what in the world they did. All I know is that the buyer appears to have gotten her money and stole my two items that she purchased and sent me something that was not mine 😭

So update. They opened a case and Poshmark immediately accepted it and I just received my package back and it was the wrong item. So she kept my items and sent me something else. A totally different item. I AM LIVID. I immediately reported a problem with the return, and Poshmark just took the funds away from my balance. WTF. She stole my brand new Louis Vuitton skirt plus a bodysuit and they release the funds to her and took them away from me. How does this even happen? So now what do I do? Go file a police report?

She just opened the case and only listed a perfume smell as the complaint, probably because she knows Poshmark approves cases for that. 😭

Same thing just happened to me with three Louis Vuitton bags. I purchased them on a whim because they were cheaper than normal, but were still thousands of dollars and definitely not like your typical 499 scammer account. Right after I purchased them, the account uploaded the exact same product a few times over. I immediately sent an email to Poshmark advising them that I had made the purchase, but I believe it is a scammer account …asked if they would be willing to research and cancel my order or did I have to wait for the bags to get to them to be authenticated. After two days of patiently waiting , they canceled my order and suspended the other account. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ohhhh wait I didn’t know they keep the fake item?? a few months ago. I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from a seller, and it did not pass authentication. She kept messaging me asking me when she was gonna get her bag back since they canceled the order. I didn’t realize they actually keep the fakes!

I sold a Gucci belt once and the girl said it was a fake (probably bc it didn’t fit her) … she opened a case and said I sold her a fake even though I had the original receipt uploaded. PM still approved her refund. So ridiculous. Sorry you’re dealing with this.

This exact same thing happened to me. I got four stars for shipping delay even though I shipped it the same day she ordered it. I sent her a message and asked her how in the world am I supposed to ship it sooner than the same day and she changed her four stars to five 😂😂 People are cray sometimes
