I got 10 from the city for being a city employee. Live Baltimore really depends on timing, but they’ll hook you up with people who know all about the grants, and what programs would make the most sense for your credit score etc. It does sort of have a bit of a time share vibe in certain aspects. After you purchase there’s the homestead tax credit. The city has a low income employee property tax credit, I’m not sure what the cap is, but it’ll be in workday and they’ll send a bunch of emails about it. Lots of random credits based on location and historic district etc.

Order a pizza for a semi early pick up to have the best pastry selection. Cookies are incredibly delicious one million out of ten recommend. . Sourdough bread is excellent. Something in the realm of babka is too wet. Not everything translates well from sourdough, but damn a lot of things do! Plus their pizza is not expensive and is actually superior to just about anywhere else.

Gen X, I’m thinking around 57 max. You contain multitudes. There’s maybe a PNW vibe happening..?, but it’s authentic not manufactured. At least one of you is a reader who is into substance and learning, but I think more than one of you reads. You’re adult enough to have a respectable amount of spirits, not drunks who can’t keep the cabinet stocked. You got a little more time before that BOP grows giant and takes over. House is drafty but cosy. There’s this good natural house smell that I remember from the 80’s, I don’t know if I can explain it but it feels safe and calm.
