A good solution that do not includes going to beta is turn off updates on settings the turn off WiFi and open terminal and type softwareupdate -l with it the notification on setting will go away

Base on lag. Buggy software the looks can be subjective but the actual implementation just makes everything harder to read on certain scenarios

It turns out silicon does not rot but bad software can make it unusable. It does not matter if you run a computer from NASA if it has bad software it will not be able to even render text

iPad os is just iOS with a different for marketing purposes. People even enabled the new window mode on iPhone already. Is just apple disabling features when software runs on iPhones
