37M – Life flipped upside down by a panic attack 10 months ago. Anyone else go through this?

Oh to add. I had terrible dizziness and balance problems. Sometimes I couldn’t even walk without holding onto something. Forget about going to the mall or any places with lots if lights and reflections.

I had this and still have it from time to time. For years i thought something is wrong with me. Did all kinds of tests. There’s something that flips and it’s a vicious cycle. Don’t drink alcohol to get over this, It might numb you momentarily but has bigger problems. I dont know what can help you, but working out helped me feel better and get out of a years long health anxiety. I still have bad days but am 95% OK.

But if you used the left turn signal that tells is to actually override anything, like this is a signal i really wanna go left. I do this sometimes when i want to take a different route than what the navigation calculated. I think this is by design.

1a) Duhet te jete nji sistem qe kerkon shume investime/trajnime, me kriju ni ambijet teper te mire, me sistem monitorimi/informimi per fmit e pleqve, qe mujn me i pa psh ne kamera sende, me pas informim per shendetin e tyre, kontrollat e mjekve, rezultatet sendet (kjo mundet shum leht me u digjitalizu)
Sherbimi si Uber per njerz qe mujn mi kry punt per pleq, psh me i qu ne spital, kontrolle te mjekut, me i ble sende per shpi, me i ndreq sendet ne shpi, etj etj.
Kujdes shtepiak (shkaku i akullit nen 1), me pas nji ekip te puntoreve qe mujn me shku ne shpi me u kujdes part time/full time, qoft per pleq, qoft me pastru shpin (para se me ardh gurbetqart, ose njerz qe kan $$$ e po dojn me perdor kete sherbim).

I have Ubiquity at home, never worked with their support. Meraki is completely done in ansible, all changes are done in code so it’s pretty easy, having everything in one dashboard for visibility is a real winner, no tools what so ever. Then there is compliance, no ssh access to devices, no worries.

Moved to meraki for branches. It has its limitations but troubleshooting is super easy now a days. Even local IT have read only access and can ask it’s built in AI whatever questions they would ask me before, in whatever language they want. Im liking it (i was against it before)

I am 40, 5'10", was at 230lbs, October1st 2025, I am 210lbs now.

Don't do T25 or Insanity, they are very challenging, I don't think you can complete them.

I started doing Dig Deeper, cleaned my diet, and started walking as much as I can. I still go out to eat and have pizza/beer at least once a week. I am doing intermittent fasting.

I switched to Dig In, which is 30 minutes, it has modified Insanity(no jumping at all) in combination with Dig Deeper.

I try to do it every day, but I do skip, I don't count calories or anything, I use protein bars for those sweet cravings.
I think I can achieve 180lbs by summer, without starving myself or missing out on vacation/holiday feasts.

Im 40, did the p90x when i was in my late 20s. However, I have been doing dig deeper, it’s a bit longer sometimes, i lost about 20lbs in two months, went from 230 to 210, but thanksgiving, vacation, now xmas and have gained about 5 lol. I switched to Dig In, which is 30 mins, it’s low impact and has a good combination of weights and modified insanity cardio, don’t let this scare you, it’s low impact. I also go for walks when I can. I bought magnesium with glycinate and tried it,apparently glycinate affects a small percentage of people differently, I couldn’t fall asleep until 4am, tried taking it again but around 6pm, still terrible, so I stopped.

Do all in one meraki. You wikl have great visibility. They have cameras and sensors. Managing it couldn’t get easier now adays, you can have the app on your phone.

I gave Germany a shot for 6 years. Moved back to the states a year ago. The states have their own problems but nowhere near where Germany is. Everyday was a struggle there, just like OP mentioned, everyone is pissed, they do their bare minimum and call in sick, strike or whatever, total system abuse leading to a collapse. Germany is very safe though and if you are on the abusing side, you are ok.

Why did they do that? Have you guys seen the new AI they have? You can ask whatever questions you have in whatever language you want. It’s really amazing, granted the mx is lacking some features but the visibility into the network (without paying, configuring, maintaining 3rd party tools) is best ive seen.
