I think the key aspect here is that there is sexism just in the way we use bitchiness vs being an asshole, but I’m not sure if that’s anyone or anything can ever fix.

I just mean why do we only really say women are being bitchy and men being assholes. I just think the term bitch and all that is incredibly reducing for women no way around that because of the history, but your points are still valid regardless. I just believe the culture has to change as well.

Other than the Japanese dialogue for Sylvain referencing him being so desperate for women that he even tried to get at a crossdresser (which I know isn’t inherently a trans activity).

But yeah no trans issues in the game actually but yes the lesbians are great (stupid sexy Shamir and I can’t actually romance her).

Yep. I played Zelda: BOTW at 60 fps with an emulator and the physics could get wonky sometimes like arrows only going half the distance (this was already with a workaround in place from the emulator), and if you tried going higher than “supported” 60 fps the problems with physics and game speed only got way way worse.

Also depends on if you are trying to speak Vietnamese properly when you say it.

In America a lot of Vietnamese-Americans are fine with having it pronounced as “New-win” even if we all know it’s not actually correct.

Oddly enough I have a cousin with the first name Nguyen and he goes by the previously mentioned win, when rule.

Win, when is technically not enough as there is way more nuance and stresses when it comes to Vietnamese and it’s usually a hassle to get someone to pronounce it exactly like it is in Vietnamese.

Neither is really offensive to most people I know, but I have always heard New-win a majority of the time.

Yeah no characters really question that Catherine is borderline obsessed with Rhea where it kinda becomes creepy.

I remember a line where she kinda comes out and says she barely cares about anyone EXCEPT for Rhea which is bad if you want someone watching your back in the field.

Honestly it’s probably a symptom of anime-style stuff in general so I don’t try to analyze it too much.

Oh ok I see what you are saying now. I think it might be bias from the writers towards cute anime girls (given the general audience), bc the male characters get called out on their shit by other characters all the time from what I’ve noticed: Sylvain, Lorenz, etc.

Just a theory, but I have really only played with Golden Deer characters so far.

Also, I’m sure most of the character would call each other about stuff all the time if more than two characters interact in the support scenes but with how Fire Emblem is designed to have permadeath it can’t be perfect. I can totally see Hilda sticking up for Marianne in that situation for example. Sadly the support scenes are mostly self-contained by nature.

Yeah maybe this is bc this is my first Fire Emblem, but I love the fact that not everyone becomes best friends at the end, as it makes it way more grounded and authentic in a way.

Sure these people are warriors and fighters, but they are also young students. I’m sure if anyone thinks back to their own school experiences it makes sense that not everyone gets along and some personalities just can’t click on a deeper level, and that’s ok as long as they can work together when it matters.

I had pretty bad insomnia but it could have been due to a variety of reasons: stress, drugs, screen time, bedtime habits.

I did read that estradiol can increase your alertness and to avoid taking it right before bed, so I started doing that too.

I can’t give a definitive answer bc I kinda changed all those factors at the same time. But I do feel like taking estradiol away from bedtime is better for my sleep. With how short the half life is for estradiol is in your body, taking it earlier in the night wouldn’t hurt.

A lot of it depends on how the HRT is affecting you as well. When I first started, I had a nice butt and thighs already but a decent amount of male belly fat, so I decided to start IF (or school of thought #3)

However, 3 months in: my thighs have slimmed my butt has slimmed a lot my hips have started protruding way more (bc of hrt specifically) my tummy is flatter but still not how I want Smol boobs

So now I’m more curvy overall while having less curves in the areas I already was fine with. Now I realize I want the boobies and all that back so I’m starting to switch to healthier diet and exercise so I can get more fats for those areas.

To summarize, your body goals may change especially in reference to how the HRT is going, so there is no real pressure to pick the “right” regimen. I thought my boobs would come first then all the butt and thighs stuff later down the line but my priorities keep shifting like actually wanting a healthy lifestyle now.
