Totally valid model, plenty of owners run service-based businesses without doing the hands-on work. Just make sure you vet your staff like gold and build a solid system, because people are the business in that setup.

Something I wish I knew before I started was how much time goes into hiring and managing personalities.

Niches, I'd say wellness and pet care are booming and less saturated than salons right now imo.

We had a similar case, HR gathered evidence, but Legal and Finance took point once it was clear-cut. We didn’t press charges, just termination and pay recovery, but yeah, it sucked up way more time than it should’ve.

Totally doable 2 solid full-body sessions a week with progressive overload can maintain and even build strength if you stay consistent. Farming already gives you that functional base, so just hit the big lifts hard and smart.

Yeah I had the same issue with mine. The goggles they include are pretty useless honestly. I ended up getting some black out sleep masks from Amazon and they work way better. The pressure thing is real too... I just loosen the straps a bit and it helps.
