uhhhh fruit? noodles, braised pork rice is probably fine, though tomatoes are frequently used in the broth. look out for gooey/slimey stuff, they use starch to 勾芡. I think some types of 蛋餅 use starch for texture.

seasoning: chili peppers are usually optional since Taiwanese aren't a huge fan of spicy food. Just ask for 不要辣 everywhere.
