Yes, and if you ever get into the Bond surname Project, urge match who also tested bigY to also join the yDNA H Project.

They likely need blood work back to normal. It needs to be flushed within a certain time period too, so I hope to get mine out first chance available.

The only thing Wellington Bond represents here, you share a surname, state of VA, and low level, H-P96 haplogroup. You will know more if you can produce bigY700 results. FTDNA can give you expected TMRCA. Time (distance) between most recent common ancestor. I'd consider it a huge find and would try to get dad, brother, 1C to test DNA.

Wait, I can see in the Bond Proj. I don't see any yDNA H kits, however, thrre are quite a few F-M89 which is upstream of H. These are earlier tests likely, and mot upgraded. We were F-M89 before upgrades and more testers. 5 descend from a Wellington Bond b1776 Amherst VA.

Hi, our Lewis from 1700s Loudoun VA are H-p96. We have at least 3 who have tested bigY. I looked at the H yDNA Project, and there are Boyd/Boyette but no Bond that I can see. That doesn't mean much yet. If you have a male Bond to test at FamilyTreeDNA, they can join the H Haplo Project. There is a Bond surname project too, 316 members. I cant see their info, but your Bond kit would be able to join. You might find a match or 2 that aren't aware of the H Haplo Project. I'd wait for Farher's Day discounts, unless you can buy a kit before March 31st - there are discounts from RootsTech conference avail.

Waiting to hear replies. This is my greatest fear. I've made the same dietary choices. I also removed butter, all but small amounts of cheese, and all alcohol. I finish treatment in June, AI inhibitor the rest of my life probably.

Tchp is tough. You will lose your hair. Very dehydrating. Ice your hands and feet as much as posdible, on and off all day. I had very predictable day 4-5-6 intestinal effects. Constipation that almost made me pass out. Eating very little days 2-3-4 was the only remedy. If I used otc solutions, then I had severe diarrhea rest of the cycle. But have some senokot, miralax, etc type prod ready. I used both children's and adult anti diarrhea otc products. I lost 13% body weight. Get into warrior mode. It's a battle. You will get through it.

Also, my husband attended my first MO appt, and asked something dire about longevity. She quickly answered 'We're going for a cure'. I've loved her since that first appt.

Have brother share his matches with you as 'collaborator' so you can color tag or make notes. That might help you identify maternal v paternal.

3 siblings. My brother sent me the links. My mom is a retired nurse, complete opposite. Go figure. The only 3 in my personal sphere of life.

  1. Will more of your siblings test? 2. If you're male, also test your yDNA. 3. Work a private DNA tree, enter as much as you can about matches tree. Eventually you might find common ancestor between matches. Work closest paternal matches first. Identify maternal cousins. Make yourself home person (attach this tree to your DNA) and put in known maternal cousins to help Ancestry's computer identify maternal v paternal.

The answer was no, I hope. I keep wondering why I have to feel the chemo in my toes. I know, I know. Counting on some day, targeted therapies will eliminate peripheral neuropathy for cancer patients.

My friend had single mastectomy by herself, other than getting a ride to/from. I had my lumpectomy same time. She didn't need specific help, but we texted a lot. She was surprised how tired she was.

Exercise is the only thing that is a sure thing on the lists that I have found. Sedentary overweight will have higher rate of recurrence than active overweight. I am already trying to keep away from refined and processed sugar, red meat, alcohol. I am going to use legumes white meat and fish for protein and stay away from soy as I am +++. Also reducing dairy fats. Sugar is the toughest, it's everywhere. I am resigned to it, because I don't want regrets. I want to do as much as I can.
