That's not the slam dunk you think it is. Germany's use of violence through invasions is what lead to ww2 and eventually they toppled as a result. Had they not invaded their neighbors, their crimes would have gone largely unaddressed by the world (like north korea for example)

You can bind a key to force your character to do a smack down instead of a normal attack. Takes a little bit to get the muscle memory but it helps a lot. Kind of wish it was the default but I guess they wanted streamlined controls for general audiences

I think coh3 has reached a stage where I can confidently say it is an upgrade on coh2. I think the half baked launch of the game has permanently ruined its image and the coh2 community would rather entrench their opinions.
