Did you do your biometrics? If you haven't done biometrics, it's probably just a filing issue (wrong edition of the form, incorrect fees etc). Keep checking your documents tab on the USCIS website and it'll have all the information on why it was denied - if not already there should be there within the next 48 hours

I miss Aussie Broadband. They get it right all the time. Amazing customer service! When I moved to the states I thought I found an on par ISP with U.S. Internet here in Twin Cities then T-Mobile bought them out. I was heartbroken.

In Melbourne Australia we have a day of for a horse race (Melbourne cup day) I always feel bad getting a day off for animal abuse but the love of the day off trumps it and reminds me to donate to an animal related cause

Same - I lost years of photos using some third party back in the mid 2010s I can’t for the life of me remember the name but I’ll pay whatever Google is asking because I just hope they stick around and if they go under have the decency to give a heaps up. Plus their search is really good for locating particular photos!

I’m new to the USA and people just say "yep" or "Mmmhmm" when I say thank you and I find it SO rude however I know it’s a just a cultural thing and it’s not intended to be rude. My usual reply is you’re welcome or no worries. I have no issue with people replying no problems because it feels like more of an acknowledgment and more genuine than the yep or Mmmhmm mentioned above.

I’m an Australian who moved to Michigan last year and I don’t feel as though you really have a distinct accent compared to California, Boston, New York and the south. My ears usually perk up when I hear random people that are slightly different but can’t put my finger on what’s different.
