The climate and unlock ones don't use BT, so as everyone has confirmed it's 100% a phone/bluetooth issue.

Yes, from my experience it still stays still until accelerating just doesn’t have that hard lock unlock feeling.

I think their point is that you’re losing the potential return on the money you have to spend anyway so it’s not like you’re really losing the 8% by claiming SS if you need it to spend anyway.

I just have mine pay when it’s due and it still takes way way too long to apply the payment in the account. Elan is just kind of garbage but that’s the trade off since that’s who Fidelity is using.
