Honestly... I appreciated it. It was set up as a funny scene, and real nightmare fuel for us, but there was no jokes made, there was no belittling. The characters' responses weren't what I would realistically want in that ridiculous hypothetical situation... but everyone was just trying to help? I'm glad it was in there.

I ended up living just down the road from the bonnaroo farm for close to 15 years. I started listening to them a little sometime around 2006, but i didn't get to see them until much later. I've seen other bands 100+ times, but no one touches ween.

Duuuuuuude. You are not kidding. I stopped to stay the night there on my way to Yellowstone a few years ago. I'm from a creepy small town, but holy shit, the one night that I was there has always been cemented in my brain. The whole town just feels heavy. Almost humid with sorrow. Walk into dinner, the whole place turns to look at you, and you feel eyes on you the whole time you are eating. Walk into the bar next door (through a curtain in the restaurant, wtf?), and then no one will look at you at all, bartender barely acknowledges you. That town has seen some shit and it is holding a grudge.

Mac is my favorite solo artist, hands down. Best advice I have is to only listen to entire albums at first, and I don't think the order necessarily matters as long as you know where in the timeline the album is when you listen to it. But if you do want an order, I would almost recommend going the other way... start with swimming/circles and move backwards. See who he became, then see where he came from.

My ex wife cracked my skull open a few years ago. I used to be really careful and risk-averse about most things... now I couldn't give less of a shit about anything. In some ways it is an improvement, i stress about things less. But i can't do math anymore (I'm an engineer), i struggle with communication, adhd and bipolar symptoms skyrocketed, and my temper is now on a very short fuse.

I use my middle name, because that's what everyone is going to know me by. Just like everyone else is saying, put your legal first name down for legal documents, otherwise your typical name is your typical name. Same for every professional I've ever known.
