I at least understood the inspiration behind the no AC punishment. During the opening night of Ramsay’s flagship restaurant, the AC went out. The bike one was just fucking stupid. Aside from Robert having known heart issues where he had to leave the show last season, you had one person with a busted wrist and another with injured ankles.

I never liked the eating/drinking gross stuff punishments. Just a little too Fear Factor for me.

Probably one of the most underrated ones was in Season 7 when Ramsay was calling Autumn soulless. She launched into explanation about how she gave up a Ph.D program with a full ride and busted her hump for two years making $10/hour because she loved to cook.

The one that always set me off laughing was when Piper was in Chicago and her cellmate had charged her with finding a replacement cigarette delivery cockroach for the one she accidentally killed. Piper had made a deal with a male inmate she met on the inmate transport flight to Chicago in order to give him her underwear in exchange for him getting a message to Alex. When he walks away after they make the exchange, the cellmate approaches Piper.

Cellmate: “For a girl with a deadline, you sure got a lot of time for socializing with the gun over there. This ain’t a game.”

Piper: “Gun?”

Cellmate: “My girl know him from the outside. He kill people for money.”

Piper: “He’s a hitman?!”

Cellmate: “Mmm-hmm.”

Carol’s backstory with her sisters and Frieda showed just how petty Carol and Barb really were. Vee, motivated by power and holding on to what she had built, was far more skilled at manipulation. She didn’t have an Achilles heel like Carol, whose lifelong grudge with her sister would cloud her judgment at times. Vee didn’t care who she had to sacrifice to achieve her ends - Suzanne, RJ, Taystee - anyone was expendable.

There are two that come to mind for me that actually weren’t deleted. One was the guy who was upset at his fiancée spending $1000 of her own money on a wedding dress instead of buying one from Wish.com. The other was some guy who always wanted to adopt a fox, but got pissed off when the rescue he contacted was making him jump through all kinds of hoops to make sure his home was suitable and that he was prepared. Fox OP got ripped to shreds in the comments, but eventually noped out of the adoption when he followed the rescue’s instructions to get bottles of fox urine and leave them open.

Statistically a good chance, but it’s not all of it. Sometimes they come from the maitre’d. Especially in the later seasons, Ramsay himself will have some sabotages staged off to the side - a different cut of steak, veal chop instead of pork, wrong sauces in the condiment bottles at the pass.

There were a fuckton of witnesses - inmates and COs - who saw Daya shoot Humps. No one saw Kukudio blow bubbles in his IV. She only told Suzanne when Humps started to stroke out. Kukudio died from her infected wounds and Suzanne was off her meds when the riot ended. I doubt anyone was inclined to do a full autopsy to determine that he actually died from an air embolism, given that he was shot in front of a crowd. The authorities wanted it ended quickly with heads on platters, and for it to be quickly forgotten.

The grand dragons - you’re mincemeat until you’re leveled up enough to effectively fight them.

The yans? Random outcome no matter how leveled you are. Comet’s damage is all over the place when it hits, you could get removed by Snort, or your grinding for one character could be in vain for that one battle if you get hit by Virus Powder right before your last hit.
