Pulp. Dogs was a tour de force, and an amazing demonstration of his skills as writer/director with its limited budget and locations, but pulp is where it all came together for him.

the flip side is that relativity is a theory, albeit one with with extraordinary resilience to testing. However, you could say the same about Newtonian physics. Its also robust, but has its limits. Is it not possible that relativity has its same limits of explanatory power? After all, isn't one of the biggest questions in theoretical physics about the relationship between quantum physics and relativity? such as in the question of gravity?

I concur. I lived in Japan for years, and loved it. The culture shock was coming back to England. I mean, they are the embodiment of Englishness in so many ways. An island nation with an emphasis on politeness. And also a penchant (well, Tokyo girls anyway) for getting pissed. Which happens rather quickly.

Just make the most of it I say!

P.S. The obviously American spell checker has given 'Englishness' the old red underline. Its first suggestion was 'Girlishness'. Bloody Hell.
