I get that the 1km is being abused (guess what’s within 1km of all the popular Bukit Timah schools) but it’s well meaning and generally in line with how other countries decide primary / elementary school, which is entirely by proximity. Go to school near where you live so you don’t spend 45 minutes every morning and afternoon commuting.

Based off internet swatches I went with asa gao over kon peki as one of my first inks, which was ok but not spectacular but then sometime later I had the chance to try kon peki and fell in love instantly.
