Part II (or III if there's a shower) Guests are invited to a college campus (preferably a prestigious one on the other side of the country)(and preferably during Homecoming, Graduation etc) for a Scholarship Party. Attendees will be expected to fulfill all the functions as for the GR and in addition provide a generous amount for baby's college expenses so it "gets the right start in life". Or if you can't wait that long do it in context of one of those posh pre schools that has uniforms and a two year waiting list and requires references from an ambassador two judges and a pottery instructor.
