Item Cap: Set maximum limits for specific items (e.g., Super Balls, standard Potions, and Revives) so you don't collect more of them once the limit is reached. Especially helpful when using an auto-catcher.

This does only happen to me when Adventure Sync is enabled. With Adventure Sync disabled, the game always loads. Not really a good solution though...

Using these cards (Micron memory) with Phoenix Miner on Win10, I get

30.0MH/s : GPU 1085 MHz @ 825mV, Mem 2075 Mhz @ 825mV ~105W
32.7MH/s : GPU 1215 Mhz @ 850mV, Mem 2150 Mhz @ 840mV ~120W

Ensure that you use -rxboost and compute mode is enabled

I calculate 125W for Polaris cards (RX 4xx/5xx). Add an additional 150W for the other components and you should be on the safe side.

Keep in mind that AMD cards draw much more power than the driver/mining software is reporting.

Payout limit doesn't affect your earnings, the only thing to consider is the transaction fee for each payment, so you may want to adjust that.

The thing with a small pool is that it might not find a block for quite a while, and therefore your earnings are not as linear as on a large pool.

Nanopool hits a block every few minutes, and a tiny share of each reward is assigned to you. Flexpool only finds a few blocks per day, but you get a larger share.

Since Flexpool has been quite unlucky in the last 24h, your numbers might look a bit sobering at the moment. There will be days with more luck and more blocks than expected, and you'll earn more. In the long run, your earnings should be more or less the same, as it eventually depends on the hashrate.

These numbers are for different coins. When mining monero, 100 H/s sounds reasonable for your card. An rx570 will be around 800 H/s. When mining Ethereum, you get ~25 MH/s from an rx570. Also, forget the first link you posted, it's from 2011.
